First established in 1988, we have expanded our agency to be the main agent for rented property in Settle and surrounding area. We have an intimate knowledge of all the towns and villages which we cover.  They include Bentham, Ingleton, Clapham, Eldroth, Austwick, Horton-in-Ribblesdale, Selside, Stainfoth, Langcliffe, Giggleswick, Settle, Rathmell, Wigglesworth, Long Preston, Hellifield, Gargrave, Skipton, Embsay and surrounding areas, encompassing both sides of the A65 main trunk road which leads from West Yorkshire to Kendal and the Lake District.  These areas include the south western area of the Yorkshire Dales which takes in parts of the Forest of Bowland.  [see map]
